Who we are

TrueToSize (“we”, “us”) operates truetosize.io — a product search service that helps you find items in your size at the best real price. Contact: [email protected].

Data we collect

Waitlist: your email address, used only to contact you about early access.

Account & fit profile (private beta): email, and — only if you choose to provide them — body measurements, clothing/shoe sizes and reference purchases. This data exists solely to power your personal size recommendations. We never sell it or share it with advertisers.

Legal basis & storage

We process data with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and to provide the service you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data is stored in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). We use Supabase as our database and authentication provider.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your profile and measurements permanently.

Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies for authentication. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
